Intrade has listed a market for which Justice will be the next to depart the United States Supreme Court.
This market can be found under Legal -- Supreme Court.
Contract Rules:
A contract will settle (expire) at 100 ($10.00) if the Supreme Court Justice named in the contract is the next to depart the Supreme Court
A contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if the Supreme Court Justice named in the contract is not the next to depart the Supreme Court
Expiry will be based on official public announcements, as reported in three independent and relaible media sources.
In the case of a retirement or resignation the contracts will be expired when the retirement or resignation is officially and publically announced. The retirement or resignation does not have to take effect for the contracts to be expired, it only has to be announced.

The Exchange reserves the right to invoke Contract Rule 1.8 (Time Protection) if deemed appropriate.
Any changes to the result after the contract has expired will not be taken into account - Exchange Rule 1.4
